o       Unexpected build-up of message queue

o       Problems with Java version on clientís computer

        Cisco VPN and remote desktop to clientís Windows station when Glink access is not provided. Stopping or restarting of some Windows services, or using a customer side version of Glink application while remotely logged in to their Windows computer through VPN or remote desktop access.

        Using Time Tracker to record time spent supporting each client.

        Execution of schedule operations such as tape backups, re-routing of IP addresses at customerís request, restarting customerís oracle listener or remote station.
